Three decades of culinary excellence

Chef Barck brings more than thirty years of culinary excellence, a passion for seasonally inspired cuisine, and a deep appreciation for local sourcing — including herbs, lettuce, and vegetables grown in the estate’s own greenhouse gardens, and honey from the MIT Beekeepers’ Club hives on the grounds.

Every menu bends to your table: notify your event planner of any allergies or dietary restrictions and our kitchen will be happy to accommodate.

Morning

The Manor Breakfast Buffet

$38 per person · 25-person minimum

Seasonal fruit, organic yogurts, four chilled juices, two egg dishes, choice of breakfast meats, pancakes or Belgian waffles, home fries, fresh bagels and pastries, coffee and tea.

Afternoon

Afternoon Tea

$48 per person · 25-person minimum

Assorted tea finger sandwiches, smoked salmon, pâté, tea breads, shortbread, mini pastries and fruit tarts — with Tazo and traditional teas from Earl Grey to Darjeeling.

Evening

Four-Course Dinners

$56–74 per person · by entrée

Appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert with coffee and tea service — from Chicken Chatelaine to Bouillabaisse and Frenched Rack of Lamb. Offer your guests two pre-set entrées for $10 pp.

One-hour reception packages with a 25-person minimum — or build your own from hors d’oeuvres priced per 50 pieces ($125–270), carving stations ($12–18 pp), and displays.

  • Chef’s selection of hot & cold hors d’oeuvres (4 pp)
  • Seasonal vegetable crudités with dip
  • International cheese & fruit display

Priscilla Endicott

$32 per person

  • Everything in the Bradford, plus:
  • Antipasto display
  • Pasta station with assorted breads
    (chef attendant $100/hour)

Cocktail Packages

$38–42 per person

  • Wines & beers $38 pp — five varietal wines, eight beers
  • Full bar $42 pp — adds spirits
  • Both include cheese & fruit display, crudités, hors d’oeuvres (4 pp)
  • Bartender $90 first hour, $85 each additional

Menu prices are subject to a 22% administrative fee (not a gratuity) and applicable state and local taxes. Seasonal items may carry market pricing; prices are subject to change.

The cellar and the lawn

A full cellar from Cristalino Cava ($42) to Veuve Clicquot ($135) and Caymus Napa Cabernet, poured by our bartenders ($90 first hour, one per 50 guests). Craft beers, hard seltzers, and $8.95 mocktails hold their own.

Summer groups take it outside: New England clambakes, summer cookouts ($56 pp), and western barbeques on the terrace and lawns.
